Cross-National Transfer of Policy Models to Developing Countries: Epilogue.

The article provides insights on the papers/studies on cross-national transfer of policy methods to developing countries, including Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Senegal, published within the issue. The author explores the lessons learned from the historical and contemporary narratives and analyses in the previous articles. He commented that the success or failure of a particular policy or technology transfer does not only depend on the efficacy and goodness of the policy, but also on the human factor and the socio-cultural values in which the policy is integrated.
