Abstract
- The article discusses providing convenient treatments for aesthetic procedures to keep patients satisfied. It is stated that repeat patients provide a high value to physician practice in terms of revenue and growth. Statistics are presented on the potential profitability of having a satisfied patient. Aside from surgical procedures, cosmetic surgeons may also consider the value of offering procedure including neurotoxins, fillers and skin-rejuvenation.
