NETWORKING FIBER INFORMATION.

The article features the Fiber Art Study Group of Washington, D.C. The fiber art support organization was conceptualized by Lois Lunin, a member of The Textile Study Group of New York, and Nancy Payne, education coordinator of The Textile Museum, in April 1987. Some of its members are well-known professionals who exhibit work in national and international shows and books. The organization's foundation is based on the enthusiasm of its members and the willingness of interesting specialists to address the group. A list of suggestions for newly organizing groups is outlined.
