Abstract
- The article presents a study which focused on a sample of 490 high school students in Michigan who were exposed to an experimental intervention Web site. The authors hypothesized that such exposure to the online information material would increase the students' knowledge of donation and transplantation issues and consequently increase their pre-donation attitudes. The participating students were asked to provide their age, gender and ethnic/racial background, which were used as variables in pretest-posttest experimental condition, posttest-only experimental condition and pretest-posttest control condition.
