Mexico prisons allow gay visits.

The article reports that the prison system in Mexico City, Mexico is now allowing gay conjugal visits under advisement from the country's National Human Rights Commission. Allowing conjugal visits to an inmate with a sexual orientation other than heterosexual is a move in terms of nondiscrimination regarding sexual preference. The city has also legalized civil union among gay couples and abortion, and is on the process of legalizing prostitution.
