Abstract

The article reports on the importance of developing soft skills in every employee. Soft skills refer to an employee's ability to fulfill the job using interpersonal skills and etiquette. Career center specialist for Pima County Community College Virginia Chomiak, points out that everyone, regardless of the skills of the employee, wants the skills that keep the business running smoothly. It has been noted that in the workforce, the great equalizer for potential employees may be their soft skills.
