Abstract

The article presents a study on the acute effects of Sildenafil in pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular diastolic dysfunction. It aims to investigate the relationship of the right ventricular (RV) diastolic function impairment in pulmonary hypertension patients to RV mass and afterload of the oral intake of Sildenafil.
