The article presents information on legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of monopolistic methods. In regard to market control, the article discusses a decision made in the case of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) v. W.W. Tuttle where the Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed that the Federal Trade Commission, under the provisions of the Clayton Act, does have the power to subpoena parties not directly involved in the prosecution of a case. Other cases are discussed.
