Quetiapine.

The article describes the cases of five patients who developed constipation during treatment with quetiapine. In the first patient, the quetiapine dosage was reduced and her constipation resolved. In the second patient, her constipation gradually improved as quetiapine was tapered off and replaced with olanzapine. Constipation and sedation also improved following a quetiapine dosage reduction in the last case.
