Abstract

The article discusses how life insurance companies and financial institutions can offer protection products to consumers. The author suggests that simplified issue insurance products offered by banks are not always appropriate for consumer needs due to high premiums lack of proper insurance coverage. Internet connections offer access to product information and quotations. Customer referrals from tellers and bank loan departments and viral marketing can increase customer base.
