Zur Reform des Ehescheidungsrechts.

The article discusses the reform of German divorce law, in particular related to a July 1970 discussion proposal issued by the Federal Ministry of Public Justice. The proposal focused on simplified, no-fault grounds for divorce, the consequences of divorce for involved parties' names and post-marital support, as well as equalization of provisioning. Divergences from prior divorce law were noted.
