Abstract

The article presents U.S. legal cases and developments in marketing relative to the regulation of price competition. In reference to price discrimination the C.E.D. Mobilphone Communications, Inc. v. Harris Corp. case is cited. In reference to price control the World of Sleep, Inc. v. La-Z-Boy Chair Co., et al., the George Pierce et al. v. Ramsey Winch Co., the Landmark Development Corp., et al. v. Chambers Corp., et al., the Northwest Publications Inc., v. John D. Crumb, et al., and the Gilchrist Machinery Co., Inc. v. Komatsu America Corp., et al. cases are cited.
