Abstract
- The article examines the role of Supreme Court Justice Frank Iacobucci as a constitutional judge. According to the author, Iacobucci calls upon his complex self to resolve difficult rights claims in the course of his decision making. Iacobucci's opinion on rights of gays and lesbians was also taken into account. Key information about the administrative law case of Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia is further presented.
