Abstract

The article presents a case report about a 12-year-old Pakistani girl presented with scarring of her skin, eyes and trachea. The child was born one of fraternal twins to a 26-year-old G2P1 mother with an uncomplicated birth history. According to the report, the child was diagnosed with laryngo-onycho-cutaneous (LOC) syndrome, which is an autosomal recessive epithelial disorder characterized by cutaneous erosions, nail dystrophy and chronic granulation tissue of the conjunctiva and larynx.
