Abstract
- The article highlights a study on the assessment of genetic diversity of Lycoris (L). longituba through random amplified polymorphic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (RAPD). It is said that the 12 RAPD primers were selected from 180 L. longituba individuals. These primers generated 94 reproducible and clear amplification bands, of which 62 were polymorphic, which suggested that L. longituba had a high level of genetic diversity.
