Abstract
- The article discusses the logic to the structure of antidiscrimination law in the U.S. It argues that the sway of this logic has caused courts to seriously misapprehend the actual operation of antidiscrimination law. It claims that the contemporary logic of antidiscrimination law has also contributed to the development of arbitrary and inarticulate doctrine. An examination on how the logic of antidiscrimination law functions when applied in unfamiliar circumstances is presented .
