Abstract
- The article presents information on the Anglo-American nuclear collaboration during the early Cold War. It emphasizes on the arrangement made by the Strategic Air Command (SAC) and the Royal Air Force (RAF) for the joint delivery of nuclear weapons against the Soviet Union and its allies. It mentions that the British government provided forward bases in Great Britain so that the U.S. Air Force (USAF) bombers could undertake a nuclear attack on the Soviet Union.
