Abstract
- The article discusses the new billing system applied by the American Personnel and Guidance Association in 1958. The new billing system reportedly includes the first two cards, the Membership Dues which is to be sent 30 days before membership expires and A Reminder, considered to be the second notice and is to be sent 30 days after membership expires. The second two forms, on the other hand, is the Third Notice which is reportedly to be sent in an envelope 60 days after membership expires, and the Fourth Notice, considered to be the final notice given to a member and is to be sent 11 months after membership expires.
