Abstract: The article informs that textbook and journal publishers in the U.S. are planning to enter a lawsuit in April 1989 to fight copyright abuse in higher education. It has been believed that the lawsuit is against Kinko's, a nationwide chain of more than 400 photocopying stores, most of them near university campuses.
