Abstract
- The article presensts new briefs on the commercial vehicle industry. It is reported that bilingual road signs were erected by the British Highways Agency on a major road diversion on the Shropshire-Cheshire border in England for Polish immigrant drivers. Driver Ian Parker is punished with a 28-month ban and 100 hours of community service for drunk driving. It is said that the West End headquarters of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders is now inside the extended Congestion Charge zone by less than 100 meters.
