Abstract
- The article presents the arguments posed by author Richard Foley in favor of the priority thesis. It explores the association of priority thesis with the annulment of reasons. Arguments posed by Foley on intellectual faculties, intellectual trust and epistemic universalism are presented. Views of Foley on the presumption of trust in the opinions of others are also cited.
