Shuman's response.

The article presents a response from Michael Schuman to the criticism of his article "The Mouse that Roared," published in the January issue of the journal. In the article, he suggests that non-nuclear nations can play an important in opposing arms race. The movement against nuclear weapons can be strengthened by involvement of 110 non-nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty members. They can start an international civil disobedience to urge nuclear nations to reverse all deadly weapons.
