Army Issues RFI For MTI Radar Exploitation Techniques.

The article reports on a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army for white papers on techniques for the exploitation of Moving Target Indicating Radar data for the Vehicle and Dismount Exploitation Radar (VADER) program. The goal of the VADER program is to provide tactical persistent surveillance and tracking of dismounts and vehicles over wide areas of the battlespace. It is comprised of three phases, and the RFI supports phase II.
