Abstract
- The article reports that Telstra is still silent about the resignation of Fiona Balfour as chief information officer (CIO). Balfour's surprise departure led to an e-mail being issued to Telstra staff stating that she left the company to pursue other opportunities. Balfour's departure follows the resignation of deputy CIO Vish Padmanabham. Balfour will be temporarily replaced by former Accenture partner, Tom Lamming.
