Science in culture.

The article reports on the exhibition "Places and Spaces: Mapping Science," which can be seen at the New York Hall of Science until February 25, 2007. Kate Borner and Julie Smith of Indiana University, are the curators of the exhibition which shows a collection of early and modern maps that indicate the various ways how historic cultures have charted the configuration of the heavens and the Earth.
