Abstract
- The article studies the mental health and substance abuse service access of American Indian parents with children in child welfare. The status of American Indian parents' access to services and treatment is then compared with other ethnic groups. The factors that influence minority parents' access to substance abuse and mental health services are also discussed in the article.
