Abstract
- The article reports on the economic assistance given by the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to Senegal. IFAD has helped assemble and arrange a $47 million aid package to benefit small farmers who are suffering erratic rainfall, and eroding quality and falling prices of their main products in the country.
