Service in International Arbitration in Light of Articles 2 and 23 of the UNCITRAL Rules and International Practice.

The article discusses the regulation of the notification service during court proceedings under Article 2 of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law regulations. A discussion on the significance of the regulation, services and principles are enumerated. Another discussion on the service's limitations is presented. As stressed, failure to apply the notification service, where the reason is unknown, the rules stipulates the requirement of making reasonable enquiry.
