Abstract
- The article offers information on the measures adopted to keep the movement of South Korean troops in Arbil, Iraq on grounds of security concerns. South Korean authorities are on the alert after the beheading of civilian translator Kim Sun Il in June and have requested media to provide scarce information about their military movement in Iraq. The country is expected to soon have the third largest number of foreign troops in Iraq after the U.S. and Great Britain, reaching a figure of 3,600.
