The article discusses Urals State Technical University-Urals Polytechnic Institute (USTU-UPI) located in the Ural Mountains region of Russia. USTU-UPI is one of the most prestigious polytechnic institutes in the Russian Federation, and its graduates supply the labor market needs of the highly industrialized region.
