The author focuses on the difficulties in micromanagement. He compares the life of a manager to a sudoku puzzle, wherein details and arrangements have to be suited to the available time such that everything is satisfied. He argues that unlike sudoku, management is more complicated because nothing is constant. He argues that people in the company should be mindful of the burden that the work of business managers entails.
