Abstract

The article presents the case summaries and pathological findings of three cases of isolated tumor cervical lymphadenopathy in patients with no clinically detectable nasopharyngeal tumor. All the three cases displays striking similarities and highlight the difficulty that clinician and pathologists encounter in distinguishing between undifferentiated carcinoma of nasopharyngeal type and aggressive lymphoma in young patients presenting with isolated cervical lymphadenopathy.
