Abstract
- The article examines the importance and application of ethics history to the medical practice in Great Britain. The author explained that taking an ethics history would will increase the likelihood for a patient to receive the appropriate and acceptable treatment when he will be incapacitated. The implementation of the Human Rights Act of 1998 and involvement of family in making decision were also discussed.
