Abstract
- The article focuses on the factors that could influence the need for drug prescription in epilepsy. Epilepsy has been considered the most common treatable disorder in Great Britain with an incidence of about 0.05%. It has been noted that the diagnosis of the condition plays a very important role in its management. Researchers found that the decision for treatment is not based on evidence but on the people's behavior, thus they aptly labeled the system as research-enhanced healthcare.
