Abstract
- Information about the special events related to the celebration of the golden year of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Melbourne, Victoria is presented. The 50th General Scientific Meeting which was held on May 14 to 20, 1977 was considered as the highlight of the year. Meanwhile, the inaugural ceremony was held in the Dallas Brooks Hall celebrated the 16 Honorary Fellowships of the College and three Honorary Fellowships of the Faculty of Anaesthetists.
