Everglades Efforts Boosted With $538M of COPs.

The article reports on the issuance of $537.9 million of certificates of participation (COP) by the South Florida Water Management District in Florida to support the Everglades restoration project. The project aims to preserve the unique and historic everglades and its coastal estuaries and wildlife habitat, to provide flood control and protect fresh water resources. So far, it is the state's biggest COP offering ever.
