Abstract
- The article comments on the paper "Approaches to an Archaeological Proof of Migration," by Stefan Burmeister. It states that Burmeister's model is of significance in archeological studies, particularly the Anglo-Saxon case study, but also mentions the inconsistencies present in the approach. It criticizes Burmeister's attitude toward the role of ethnicity and claims on differentiation of external an internal domain of immigrant's world.
