Abstract
- The article presents a speech by T. Glyn Thomas, consultant orthopaedic surgeon at SE Kent, Canterbury and Thanet Health Districts, delivered at the Section of Orthopaedics, December 3, 1985. He discusses clinical practice from a negative point of view, a description of criminal negligence, categories of negligence cases, and the increase in the number of cases being considered by the Cases Committee.
