Should the JRSM publish more case reports? discussion paper.

This article discusses whether the "Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine" should publish more case reports. Numerous reasons have been put forward in favor of the guaranteed offer of publication for all cases presented at Section meetings. One is that the attendance of certain Sections at meetings is poor, represents a small proportion of the total membership of the Section, and increasingly makes up London, England-based Fellows of many years standing.
