Abstract

The article presents a study which identifies the impact of exercise on body weight control. The maintenance of body weight stability depends on one's ability to match energy intake to expenditure. It has cited that the exercise-trained individual can maintain a reduced level of adiposity because of an increased sensitivity and overall better performance of mechanisms involved in the regulation of fat balance.
