Abstract
- The article presents a case study on myocardial metastasis from carcinoma of pancreas presenting as acute myocardial infarction found on a 92-year-old man admitted to hospital having symptoms of transient vertebrobasilar ischaemia. In this report, the authors indicated the position of the metastasis anatomically consistent with the acute electrocardiographic changes. Also, the authors warn clinician for possible etiology with patients having sudden dysrhythmias and signs of pericardial disease.
