MIDDLESEX CO. TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION.

Information about several papers discussed at a meeting of the Middlesex County Teachers' Association held in Lowell, Massachusetts is presented. Geo E. Nichols of Somerville has opened an address on "Penmanship in the Primary School." Andrew J. Bennett of Everett spoke on "Marking and Its Incidents." Finally, a resolution which indicates that the meetings of the association be held in Boston whenever it shall be deemed advisable was not acted upon.
