Fed-led research reveals need for better Twin Cities foreclosure data.

The article discusses a study on the availability and usefulness of foreclosure data. The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis study found out that foreclosure data in the Twin Cities region are often inadequate and that most useful information are often the most difficult to acquire. Several recommendations such as making more data available in an electronic format and updating or adding key information to complete foreclosure notices and sales documents, were given.
