Abstract
- Electrochemical nanostructuring of ordered C<subscript>60</subscript> fullerene layers in aqueous solution was studied by in situ Raman spectroelectrochemistry. A completely changed molecular film structure was found for nanostructured films. C<subscript>60</subscript> polymers/oligomers and hydrogenated C<subscript>60</subscript> were identified as the main fullerene structures after nanostructuring. No significant contributions of A<subscript>x</subscript> C<subscript>60</subscript> fullerides (A=alkaline metal; x=1, 3, 6) were found. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
