Abstract
- This article discusses the education of disabled children in the United States. Many U.S. public schools are unable to afford proper special education programs, and a large number of disabled children have been moved to expensive boarding schools that cater to disabled children. A debate has ensued over who should pay these boarding school tuitions, and if public schools are negligent in being unable to educate these disabled children properly.
