Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 56-year-old man with severe asymmetrical left ventricular hypertrophy due to Fabry's disease presented with sudden onset chest pain and palpitations in Toronto, Ontario. Ventricular pacing revealed concentric and decremental ventriculoatrial conduction. There was no inducible tachycardia with programmed stimulation. The mechanism of the wide complex beats was therefore examined.
