Abstract
- The article discusses the plans of many U.S. colleges to prevent the spread of crack in campuses by launching an array of educational programs and attempting to talk openly about drug use in general. The recent nationwide anti-drug campaign has made the campuses more receptive to such efforts than ever before. Many students and higher education officials believe that crack has otherwise become alarmingly popular and may become a campus problem.
