Abstract
- The article focuses on issues affecting education discussed at the meeting of the Massachusetts Schoolmasters' Club held in April 1902. Charles H. Ames of D. C. Heath & Co. highlighted the geographical conditions and educational prospects in the Philippines. Doctor Martin G. Brumbaugh cited the problems facing education in Porto Rico. Educator Thaddeus Stevens appealed for a reform in education in Pennsylvania.
