Abstract

The article reports on the prevalence of the use of marijuana at colleges in the United States. Students are convinced that marijuana is not harmful. About 30 percent of students thought marijuana would replace alcohol as the most important legitimate social stimulus. The Rutgers Student Government Association has been performing a statewide drive for the repeal of marijuana laws.
