Putting Personality First.

The article offers the seven additional suggestions for teachers to give the highest service to their pupils in the U.S. It includes the practice of drill procedures as a way to develop the mind and personality of children, the use of democratic organizations which stimulates leadership among children involving election and the function of officers and committees, and learn to understand and appreciate children's ideas as part of their conduct and character formation.
